Our Practices

The following is a small sampling of our green building practices:
Salvaging and recycling material from demolition, stringent waste management controls throughout construction, salvaged lumber and FSC certified lumber, complete photovoltaic and solar water heating systems, advanced insulation systems, specifying local and/or sustainable product resources, high-efficiency lamps and lighting fixtures.

To combat the water shortage in California, ask us about our property-wide native planting and hydrozoning to help minimize water consumption (and lower bills).
